FREDERICK, MD—Ruppert Properties has sold two industrial proeprties here for $24 million. The Laytonsville, MD-based company was represented by Transwestern's Robert Filley, now Mid-Atlantic senior director with Marcus and Millichap, and Mark Glagola, managing director of the Investment Sales Group.

One sale was Stanford Trading Center, a four-building 175,380-square-foot campus, which sold to Cabot Properties for $15.9 million.

The other was the 46,200-square foot Brewery Building facility at 4607 Wedgewood Blvd. That sold for $8 million to Flying Dog Brewery, the current full-building tenant.

"These properties represent some of the finest industrial assets in the strong Frederick submarket," Filley says in a prepared statement.
