PHILADELPHIA, PA–Savills Studley has named John (Jay) Joyce a managing director at the firm's Philadelphia office. The announcement was made at the firm's annual “Winter Trip,” a planning meeting of the firm's top producing brokers.
“Jay has consistently performed at the highest level, combining creativity and analytical results and delivering more value at each stage of a project,” says Hether Smith, senior vice president and branch manager of Savills Studley's Philadelphia office. “His strong work ethic and talent have been great assets both for this office and for his clients and bode well for the next generation of leadership at Savills Studley.”
In his tenure at Savills Studley, Joyce has exclusively represented the tenant or user of space in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of real estate. He has completed transactions for a vast array of office, medical and industrial space users in the healthcare, non-profit, pharmaceutical, law, design and engineering, food production and general business services sectors. Joyce is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) credential.
