COLUMBIA, MD—FEi Systems has inked a lease at 9755 Patuxent Woods Dr., as part of an expansion. It is moving its headquarters to the new site from its current location in Columbia Gateway Business Park.
The transaction brings the building to 100% occupancy. Rich Thomas and Matt Melnick of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Greenfield Partners, in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Mackey Cronin of JLL.
Other available spaces within Patuxent Crossing and the neighboring business park of Woods at Broken Land range from 2,000 to 39,000 square feet. The two business parks total 425,000 square feet and are managed by Colliers International.
There are capital improvements underway at both parks, according to Thomas.
