Both Patrick and John came to ABI from Gorilla Capital, Inc., where they oversaw the expansion of the company into the Arizona, Texas and New Mexico markets. Consistent top producers, they were responsible for a rolling real estate portfolio which generated an average 18% ROI on close to 200 investments/projects. The pair have extensive construction and land acquisition backgrounds in addition to leading acquisition/rehab projects throughout the Southwest.
