HANOVER, MD—Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, or RREEF, has secured a 99,508-square foot lease with an existing tenant at an industrial facility located at 1353 Charwood Rd. The tenant, international freight forwarder Zust Bachmeier of Switzerland, is currently located at 1349 Charwood Rd., and will be expanding into the nearby facility at Techwood Business Park at Baltimore Commons.
CBRE's Ed Harris, John Wilhide and John Boote secured the lease at Techwood.
"With its strategic location along the Baltimore/Washington Corridor, assets like Techwood continue to attract strong interest from tenants who possess an international reach like Zust," Harris said in a prepared statement.
Techwood Business Park at Baltimore Commons features 24-foot clear ceiling heights, 30-by-46 foot column spacing and 13 loading docks.
