HACKENSACK, NJ–Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has named Jeffrey M. Jacobson of Purchase, NY its chief financial officer. Jacobson comes to Sanzari with 30 years of strategic experience in the financial management, accounting, auditing and operational aspects of real estate companies.

In his new role, Jacobson will direct the execution of the company's business plan and strategy, help to expand the firm's real estate holdings, and oversee all finance and accounting functions.

Before joining Sanzari, Jacobson was managing director and CFO of Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town, a 11,230-unit, 110-building multifamily and mixed-use complex in New York, NY. He also spent several years as owner and managing partner of Mast Realty Company in Purchase, NY, and was director of finance and operations for Fawn Associates/Mill Management in Greenwich, CT.

A certified public accountant, Jacobson holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Vanderbilt University. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York.
