MIAMI—HotelPlanner.com, a provider of online group hotel bookings, has picked Downtown West Palm Beach for its global headquarters. HotelPlanner is relocating its corporate headquarters to the PNC Bank Building, a class A office building located at 205 Datura Street in the heart of West Palm Beach.

JLL vice president Kevin McCarthy represented HotelPlanner in the 15,000-square-foot lease transaction. Carol Bush of SLC Commercial Realty represented PNC Bank, the owner of the building.

“We worked closely with HotelPlanner to ensure they would find a space that fits its current business needs, but also accommodates the company's immediate expansion plans,” says McCarthy. “With just a stone's throw to the water, retail stores and various restaurants, the office space is in the heart of downtown and will serve as a workplace that team members will enjoy working in.”

Relocating from the west coast several years ago with a small team, HotelPlanner quickly expanded to 80 employees. The firm plans to reach the 120 employees mark worldwide in 2015. HotelPlanner is working to hire programmers, experienced hospitality sales professionals, call center staff and other positions in West Palm Beach.

“JLL's knowledge of the West Palm Beach was invaluable in helping us secure a full floor office space, with ocean views and ample parking for our worldwide headquarters operation,” says John Prince, co-founder and CIO of HotelPlanner. “These were important factors that we considered as we toured the market for space to provide the most value to our staff. The new office space will help take our business operations to the next level and expand on our commitment to West Palm Beach as the company's global headquarters.”
