BALTIMORE—The Cordish Companies will open its Spark office and collaborative workspace development this fall at The Offices at Power Plant Live! here.

The Spark development, designed by Verve Design, is geared to providing offices and collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs, creators and fledgling tech firms.

Located near the Inner Harbor, Spark's amenities include a high-end shared kitchen, a gourmet coffee and craft beer bar, lounge spaces with media wall and group activities, an indoor bike storage facility, on-site parking, a CrossFit gym class access, high-speed Internet, mail service, conference and meeting rooms, and multiple large event spaces with catering available. Spark members also have access to community events, programs for entrepreneurs and startups and concierge service.

“We are excited to be accepting early memberships to Spark. The initial response has been tremendous with a dozen companies already moved in even prior to Spark's official opening," says Beth Boots Workman, Spark community manager. Power Plant Live! Is located on Market Street one block from the Inner Harbor and nearby downtown hotels and numerous entertainment venues.
