CHICAGO—MB Real Estate,a Chicago-based firm, has just promoted Suzanne Hendrick to director of asset management. She will provide oversight for MBRE's property management portfolio and also continue as a senior vice president. She joined MBRE in 2013 with more than 20 years of real estate industry experience.
“Suzanne has played an integral role on our property management team, directing challenging projects, taking a leadership role in business development, and delivering exceptional client service,” says Kevin Purcell, executive vice president and chief operating officer. “She is highly regarded among owners and peers and, in her new role, will serve as a mentor and leader to our on-site property management teams and continue to advance the service initiatives of MB Real Estate.”
As director of asset management, Hendrick will oversee the company's 20 million square foot portfolio, which includes numerous large-scale public facilities, private commercial properties and medical office buildings across the US.

Prior to MBRE, Hendrick served as a vice president and general manager for The John Buck Co. where she managed 111 South Wacker Dr. and 200 West Monroe. Hendrick began her property management career with Hines Interests at 70 W. Madison. She subsequently managed 303 E. Wacker and 321 North Clark, both market repositioning assignments.
Hendrick also helps lead MBRE's charitable initiatives with buildOn, which supports Chicago inner-city youth programs. She received her Bachelor's degree in business administration in public accounting from Loyola University.
