EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—CW Solutions, a national real estate services firm focusing on the wireless telecommunications and utility industries, has promoted Ryan Sikorski to real estate project administrator, and Kjersti Myhre to senior land research associate.

“Both Ryan and Kjersti are tremendous team players with valuable skills and abilities,” says Stacie Curtis, president and founder of CW Solutions. “They have contributed immensely to our company's growth over the past few years.”

Sikorski, of Brick Township, began his career at CW Solutions in 2014 as a land research specialist. His promotion is a result of his industry knowledge and commitment to client satisfaction. His new position will involve supporting various real estate activities for utility and wireless projects. Previously, he was employed by Eagle Land Services as a title searcher. Sikorski has seven years of experience in land title and ownership records. He holds a bachelor of science in geography (GIS mapping) from Rutgers University.

Myhre, who lives in Staten Island, NY, started at CW Solutions in 2013 as a right-of -way and land research associate. She held the position of real estate coordinator prior to her promotion. Before joining CW Solutions she was employed by 123 Title Agency in Florham Park. Myhre has 20 years of experience in researching and analyzing residential and commercial title, as well as with administrative work for large-scale projects. Her concentration for the past seven years has been with title for telecommunications projects on a nationwide level and utility work within the State of New Jersey. She holds a New Jersey title producer's license.
