BISMARCK, ND—The Woodmont Company and Northwest Contracting say they have completed the first phase of development of Hay Creek Shops in Bismarck. Located just off Highway 83 at 1451 East LaSalle Drive, the regional power center will ultimately total in excess of 300,000 square feet on 33 acres.
The first phase of Hay Creek Shops totals 150,000 square feet and was 100% pre-leased. A grand opening event is slated for October 24 and 25 with anchor tenants Bed Bath & Beyond, Dick's Sporting Goods and Gordmans already open. Michael's and Ulta Beauty expect to open their doors by November 1. The Woodmont Company is currently underway on creating an ideal mix of complimentary retailer and restaurant tenants which will be opening over the coming months.

Woodmont Company began construction on Hay Creek Shops in the Spring of 2014 and construction on phase two is already underway with anticipated deliveries starting next spring and continuing through the Summer of 2016.
