FAIRFIELD, NJ—Woodmont Properties has named John Santavicca Jr. regional community manager, responsible for supervising operations in Woodmont's luxury apartment communities across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Santavicca joined Woodmont more than two years ago as community manager at Woodmont's Lehigh Valley apartment communities Woodmont Mews and Woodmont Place at Palmer.

In his new role, Santavicca will be responsible for daily operations of Woodmont Properties' apartment portfolio, which also includes West Side Lofts (Red Bank, NJ), Woodmont Station (Cranford, NJ) and Woodmont West (Mt. Arlington, NJ). Woodmont Properties is also currently building 273 apartments in Upper Macungie, which will be called Woodmont Ridge. Santavicca will report to Louis DeVos, who was recently hired as the company's director of property management.

"John has consistently demonstrated his ability to ensure resident satisfaction, and we're confident that he'll thrive in this new position," says DeVos. "His leadership has been instrumental in the effective management of our Lehigh Valley apartment communities, which most recently led to Woodmont Place at Palmer being recognized with several awards from the Pennsylvania Apartment Association."

Under Santavicca's leadership, Woodmont Place at Palmer was recognized for "Curb Appeal Excellence" and "Maintenance Excellence" by PAA.

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Santavicca formerly held positions at a number of real estate firms including Home Properties, Roseland Property Company, Cohen Realty Group, Foxtons, Keller Williams Elite Realtors and Weichert Realtors
