WASHINGTON, DC—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has recruited yet another team from a rival broker. Colliers International's leasing brokers Andy Klaff, Jeff Tarae and Katherine Pelonero have joined NGKF's Tysons office.

With 26 years of experience, Klaff joins NGKF as executive managing director. Tarae joins NGKF as managing director and Pelonero as an associate director.

NGKF has been steadily pulling in brokers from around the country to beef up its ranks for the last two years. In Baltimore, three brokers from Cushman & Wakefield joined its local office last month: Cristopher Abramson as executive managing director-Investment Sales; Brian Kruger as senior managing director; and Nicholas Signor as director to the Baltimore office.
