DALLAS—Justin Ridnour has joined Greystone Real Estate Advisors as a director, investment sales.

MISSOURI CITY, TX—NAI Partners represented the landlord, SGRE Pecan Plaza LTD, in leasing 1,750 square feet to Escape Games Fort Bend LLC. This is a group entertainment venue located at 2859 Dulles Ave. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the landlord SGRE Pecan Plaza LTD.

DENVER—Castle Lanterra Properties has completed its first property acquisition in the Denver market, expanding the multifamily investor's portfolio to Colorado's Front Range. CLP acquired the 369-unit Alexan Sloan's Lake luxury apartment community, located in the city's West Colfax district for a purchase price of $102.8 million. 

AUSTIN, TX—Ascent Physical renewed its 975-square foot lease at Rollingwood Plaza. Texans Care for Children expanded into an additional 282 square feet at Twin Towers Building. Autism Society of Central Texas signed a lease for 689 square feet at 300 East Highland Mall Blvd. Mangstor Inc. signed a 6,283-square-foot sublease at Park Forest. Citium Advisors LLC signed a 3,927-square-foot sublease at Rollingwood Center. Pacific Springboard signed a 1,345-square-foot lease at 812 San Antonio.

AUSTIN, TX—McCarty Lane Apartments, an eight-unit apartment property located at 5216 McCarty Ln. has sold. Josh Kantor and Mike Moffitt Jr., investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. 

DENTON, TX—Capital One has provided a $5.5 million Freddie Mac loan to refinance Woodhaven, an all-age manufactured housing community. 

LAREDO, TX—Independence Plaza III, a 73,276-square-foot shopping center, has sold. The seller is a local developer. The buyer is a high-net-worth individual in a 1031 exchange. Built in 2009 on 7.4 acres, the center is located at 2455 Monarch Dr., adjacent to a 320,000-square-foot power center anchored by an H-E-B Plus and across from a Walmart Supercenter.
