DALLAS—E4H Environments for Health, an architecture firm exclusively focused on healthcare and health innovation, announced the appointment of Larry LeMaster, CPA, as the firm's new chief financial officer. Based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth E4H office, LeMaster brings an impressive background in finance within architecture businesses.

DALLAS—The Dallas Builders Association's Multifamily Council recently held an award ceremony and presented Dallas-based KWA construction superintendent Larry Cox with “superintendent of the year” award.

HOUSTON—Surge Homes, Houston-based real estate developer and builder, was recognized as Developer of the Year as part of the 2016 Houston Agents' Choice Awards. NEW BRAUNFELS, TX—NAI Partners brokers the sale of 128.5 acres of behalf of the Schlameus Trust. The property is located at 7965 Old Bastrop Rd.
