William Rich at the 2017 Trendlines

WASHINGTON, DC–William Rich is the new president of Delta Associates. The position is a promotion for Rich, who was most recently the director of Delta's multifamily practice. He joined the company in 2002.

Rich's predecessor was David Weisel, who took Greg Leisch's place in 2015 after Leisch left the company he founded 35 years prior.

Rich has become a regular presenter at parent company Transwestern and Delta's annual events, including the TrendLines event, which was held earlier this month. This year –  the 20th year anniversary of the popular event — Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser and PN Hoffman CEO Monty Hoffman were named 2017 TrendSetters of the Year.
