NEW YORK CITY—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has brought on a new senior managing director to spearhead an expansion of the firm's workplace strategy group, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.
Tamar Moy—who previously served as director of workplace strategy at Perkins Eastman for three years and was an associate at Gensler—was tapped to fill the role.
Earlier in her career, Moy worked as a senior workplace strategist at HLW International for four years and as a workplace strategist & interior designer at Gensler for eight years.
In broadening its services, NGKF is looking to offer corporate clients customized strategy and advice on designing and managing the work space to ensure productivity, engagement and a culture that will promote recruitment and retention. She will report to chief administrative officer Alison Lewis.
