DALLAS—Knightvest Management's multifamily community, Everton at Bellmar, was recently ranked second in J Turner Research's 2016 Elite 1% ORA Power Rankings for online reputation management. The list spotlights the 50 highest performing US properties, management companies and real estate investment trusts regarding online reputation management. Everton received an ORA score of 96 out of 100, compared to the national average of 57.5.

DALLAS—Christopher M. Gibbons has joined JLL as senior vice president of the Dallas retail brokerage group. In his new role, he will focus on business development and disposition services.

AUSTIN, TX—The top deal of the week is The Apartment Gardens on South Congress. Andrew Joblon with City View SoCo purchased the garden-style multifamily property at 1005 S. Congress Ave. The property was purchased from The Connor Group Foundation for $72.8 million. The financing institution on this multi-million dollar deal was Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Company, according to enricheddata.com.

CENTENNIAL, CO—Triumph Properties Group has acquired Villas at Holly, a 144 unit apartment community. The $26.2 million acquisition is Triumph's first in the Denver market. The property will continue to be improved via unit interior upgrades, and exterior and common area additions. The Villas at Holly transaction was closed on an all-cash basis in 37 days. Located on the corner of Arapahoe Road and Holly Street, the property benefits from excellent drive by visibility. Median income within a 1 mile radius exceeds $90,000.

HOUSTON—Colvill Office Properties has closed on four new office leases at 811 Louisiana, a 577,735-square-foot office tower located in the CBD. The recently completed transactions include a 19,222-square-foot lease to Willis Towers Watson, a 6,150-square-foot lease to McFarland PLLC,  a  4,433-square-foot lease to EVX Midstream Partners and a 3,362-square-foot lease to Booking.com. Paula Bruns, Damon Thames and Chip Colvill of Colvill Office Properties represented the building's ownership, Busycon Properties LLC in each lease transaction. Jeff Cairns, Bob Denney and Brandon Clarke of CBRE represented Willis Towers Watson, Kevin Kushner and William Padon of CBRE represented McFarland, Alex Taghi of NAI Partners represented EVX and Weldon Martin of CBRE represented Booking.com. In addition, Hines professionally manages the property.

HOUSTON—Cafe Ginger will relocate its River Oaks Shopping Center location later this year or early next year to the former Mama Fu's and Verts spaces at River Oaks Plaza at 1574 West Gray St. Both spaces are being combined and renovated for Cafe Ginger's new 5,005-square-foot restaurant. Eric Lestin and Kyle Golding of CBRE represented Café Ginger in negotiations with the landlord, Anbil II-Ro LP, which was represented by Carson Wilson of Fidelis Realty Partners.

KENNEDALE, TX—Westbrook Development Properties sold a 22,175-square-foot industrial building at 4130 Eden Road South to Rudy and Associates. Principal Todd Hawpe with Transwestern represented the buyer and Cameron Pope with Invest DFW CRE represented the seller.
