AUSTIN, TX— JLL Capital Markets senior vice president Jeff Coddington has been selected to join the University of Texas' McCombs School of Business Real Estate Finance and Investment Center Advisory Council. Council members are considered leaders and experts in the real estate industry and serve as advisers for one of the most respected real estate programs in the country. REFIC council members provide guidance to academic leadership and faculty on curriculum, serve as guest lecturers, provide mentorship for students, and sponsor several programs and events, including a summer real estate research symposium attended by other nationally recognized business schools and a student-managed REIT fund.

AUSTIN, TX—Austin Opera renewed its lease for 8,730 rentable square feet of office space at 3009 Industrial Terrace. The tenant was represented by Lee Ellison with ECR.
AUSTIN, TX—Neos Consulting Group leased 1,114 rentable square feet of office space at the Lavaca Plaza Building, located at 504 Lavaca St. The landlord was represented by Matt Levin and Jason Steinberg with ECR and the tenant was represented by Jon Wheless and Aquila Commercial.
AUSTIN, TX—USIC leased 2,500 rentable square feet of flex space at May C's Business Park, located at 636 W. Front St. The landlord was represented by Lee Ellison and Matt Fain with ECR.
BROOMFIELD, CO—On behalf of the seller, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler closed the sale of Stonegate, a 350-unit garden-style multihousing community. Summit Management Services Inc. purchased the property.
CARROLLTON, TX—The Vitorino Group recently announced the sale of Hebron Parkway Shopping Center, a 17,836-square foot neighborhood strip center. The retail strip center was 100% occupied by restaurant and service tenants at the time of the sale. Bryce Gissler of the Vitorino Group had the exclusive right to list the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in Texas. The buyer, a local private investor was represented by an outside broker. Additional terms of the sale were not released.
DALLAS—Almost 8,000 square feet of deals were inked recently at Republic Center at 325 N. St. Paul St. in downtown. The landlord was represented by Younger Partners' Kathy Permenter, Trae Anderson and Sarah Savage. These leases come on the heels of 19,000 square feet in deals inked in December at Republic Center. Among the leases were Adair Morris & Osbourn PC expanding its lease to 5,290 square feet and Ampio Solutions signing a new lease for 2,681 square feet. The tenant was represented by Ben Goldthorpe of Swearingen Realty Group.
DALLAS—Hunt Mortgage Group provided a first mortgage bridge loan to finance the acquisition and renovation of two multifamily properties. The loan was provided to the same sponsor and totaled $21.5 million. The borrower is Iliad Realty Group, backed by key principal Elliott Aronson. The loan was structured with an initial funding of $18.24 million and future fundings that total $3.24 million. The loan is a 24-month floating rate loan with three one-year options to extend the loan term. The properties include North Park Terrace and Pecan Tree Apartments.

AUSTIN, TX—Due to the overwhelming success of the Lakeway community, Tuscan Village, Legend Communities announced the second Tuscan Village community will be located in Horseshoe Bay. Scheduled to begin development in spring 2017, the Horseshoe Bay community will offer townhomes, single-family villas and golf course-accessible estates.
