ARLINGTON, TX—Pratt & Whitney renewed its lease for 50,500 square feet at 2800 Avenue E. Mark Collins, Dean Collins, Gary Collett and Shannon Johnston of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord was represented by Michelle Hudson of Hudson Peters Commercial.

BROKEN ARROW, OK—GBT is underway on a ​10,400​-square-foot shopping center that will be located on a ​1.25​-acre site ​across from Sprouts Farmers Market and adjacent to a new QuikTrip (also under construction).​ At ​70% ​leased, the unanchored center will be home to tenants, including​ Jersey Mike's Subs,​ ​Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Wing Stop and Tropical Smoothie Cafe​​, which are all expected to open this summer.​

CARROLLTON, TX—Accent Food Services leased 54,000 square feet of industrial space at 1301 Diplomat Dr. Jay R. Lucas with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord, ML Realty Partners, was represented by Scott Moore of Holt Lunsford Commercial.

CARROLLTON, TX—DHL Express leased 50,000 square feet at 1600 Kelly Blvd. Dan Cook and Mark Becker represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord was represented by Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates.

CARROLLTON, TX—Fay Servicing leased 59,859 square feet of office space at Metroplex Tech Center. Dean Collins and Mark Collins of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. The sublandlord, Securus Technologies, was represented by Bret Hefton and Greg Langston of Avison Young.

DALLAS—LaLa US Inc. leased 21,388 square feet in Churchill Tower at 12400 Coit Rd. Chris Taylor, Rodney Helm, and Layne Mayfield of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, American National Insurance Co. The tenant was represented by Andrew Taguwa of JLL.

FORT WORTH—Albertson's-anchored Westcliff Center at 3563 Alton Rd. recently sold to Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. The seller of the 136,185-square-foot property was RD Management of New York represented by DuWest Realty.

FORT WORTH—The Vitorino Group announced the sale of Magnolia Park Center, a 13,626-square-foot neighborhood strip center. The retail strip center was roughly 88% occupied by restaurant and service tenants at the time of the sale. Bryce Gissler and Anthony Pucciarello of the Vitorino Group represented the buyer in the transaction, while Jason Vitorino represented the seller. The buyer and the seller are both private investors based in Texas.

FORT WORTH—Rowan Properties (Multifamily Advisors) announces the sale of the 105-unit Monterrey Apartments & Townhomes located on the west side of the city.

IRVING, TX—Ameripac leased 119,717 square feet of industrial space at 1000 N. 28th St. Blake Anderson and David Eseke with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord, Clarion Partners, was represented by Steve Trese of CBRE.

IRVING, TX—Nielson leased 35,962 square feet in Riverside Commons at 5020 Riverside Dr. Johnny Johnson and Trey Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Brookfield Properties. Nielson was represented by Chris Brown of Newmark Cornish & Carey.

PLANO, TX—MIC Global Services and Atlantic Aviation, subsidiaries of Macquaire Infrastructure Corp., leased 31,243 square feet at 5201 Tennyson Pkwy. Natalie Snyder and Mike Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield's Dallas office, along with Rob Tanzmann in the firm's New York office, represented the tenant in the deal. Michael Peinado and Tom Kuhlmann were the in-house leasing representatives for the landlord, Lincoln Property Co.
