ADDISON, TX—Cyxtera Management leased 30,913 square feet at Addison Circle. Baron Aldrine and Mike Kay of CBRE represented the tenant. The landlord, Franklin Street Properties, was represented by Chris Taylor and Trey Smith of Cushman & Wakefield.

ARVADA, CO—Transwestern's Denver office brokered the sale of two multifamily properties totaling 148 units. Transwestern senior vice president Tom Wanberg and vice president John Blackshire represented the seller in both transactions. 29th Street Management LLC sold Village West Apartments, a 58-unit apartment complex at 12155 W. 58th Place, to Warm Springs Holdings LLC for more than $10.82 million.

AUSTIN, TX—ARA, A Newmark Company announces the off-market sale of Eastside Station, a new 330-unit mid-rise that offered a luxury urban-infill opportunity in one of the country's top tech hubs, East Austin. Vice chairman Pat Jones represented the seller, Flournoy Development, a Columbus, GA-based real estate developer. Atlanta-based Pollack Shores, a real estate investment group focused on multifamily communities in the Southeast and Southwest, purchased Eastside Station for an undisclosed price.

CARROLLTON, TX—CBRE announces that 9Round, a fast-growing 30-minute kickboxing fitness studio, has signed a lease for 1,200 square feet at 1517 W. Hebron Pkwy. in the Victory Shops II at Hebron retail center.

DALLAS—ISNetworld renewed its 68,263-square-foot lease at One McKinney Plaza, 3232 McKinney Ave. in Uptown. It was represented by Craig Wilson, Randy Cooper, Dan Harris and Wills Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Gaedeke Group, was represented in-house by Elliot Prieur of Gaedeke Group.

DALLAS—Gardner Haas PLLC leased 6,959 square feet in Saint Ann Court at 2501 N. Harwood. The firm was represented by Mike Wyatt and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Harwood International, was represented in-house by Kelly Whaley.

DALLAS—Calyx Technology leased 34,404 square feet at 3500 Maple. Natalie Snyder Bode, Mike Wyatt and Maureen Kelly Cooper of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord, Lincoln Property Co., was represented in-house by Chris Axley, Worthey Wiles and Jake Young.

FORT COLLINS, CO—Hunt Mortgage Group provided a Freddie Mac tax exempt loan to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of an affordable multifamily property. The total loan amount was $18.2 million. Village on Shields Apartments is comprised of 24 two- and three-story garden-style apartment buildings with a total of 285 units. The property was developed during the 1990's under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The property also has a separate leasing/management office building that contains one unit reserved for employee use. The borrower is Village on Shields LLLP, a Colorado Limited Liability Limited Partnership backed by Housing Catalyst (aka Housing Authority of the city of Fort Collins).

HOUSTON—NAI Partners recently represented Auto Financial Group in a 6,598-square-foot office sublease at 5555 San Felipe St. Griff Bandy and John Simons of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Auto Financial Group, during the negotiations.

HOUSTON—NAI Partners recently represented Geophysical Insight in a 1,883-square-foot office expansion at 8584 Katy Fwy. NAI Partners' Jon Silberman represented tenant Geophysical Insights during the negotiations.

HOUSTON—Lee & Associates–Houston represented DivisionOne Construction LLC in a 8,200-square-foot office lease at 11280 West Rd. Reed Vestal and Taylor Schmidt of Lee & Associates–Houston represented the tenant and Gloria Parrino of Betz Commercial Brokerage Inc. represented the landlord, TAG Texas Property Holdings LLC.

HOUSTON—Lee & Associates–Houston represented Symcon Global Technologies USA LP in a 1,646-square-foot office lease at 4801 Woodway. Drew Donohue and Robert LaCoure of Lee & Associates– Houston represented the tenant and Jared Dubin represented the landlord, Interra Capital.

HUMBLE, TX—Chase Cribbs and Robert McGee of Lee & Associates–Houston represented Mullane Interests in the leasing of two 5,000-square-foot manufacturing buildings.

IRVING, TX—Regus renewed its lease for 23,506 square feet in Urban Towers at 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd. The tenant was represented by Baron Aldrine and Mike Cleary of CBRE. Matt Schendle and John Fancher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

IRVING, TX—The Standing Chapter 13 leased 16,973 square feet in Crestview Tower at 105 Decker Ct. The company was represented by Mike Gosslee of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Capridge Partners, was represented by Tim Terrell and Mark Hayes of Stream Realty Partners.

FARMERS BRANCH, TX—MCR Investors leased 25,380 square feet in Park West I at 1501-1503 LBJ Fwy. from Laredo Petroleum. The tenant was represented by Mark Collins, Dean Collins and John Fancher of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Highland Capital, was represented by Ben Davis and Robert Blount of CBRE.

FORT WORTH—Foresters Financial leased 3,376 square feet in Mallick Tower at 101 Summit Ave. It was represented in the deal by Jason Dodson and James Frank of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Mallick Tower Inc., was represented by Geoff Shelton and Marshall Mays of Holt Lunsford Commercial.

FORT WORTH—JLL announced the successful negotiation of an office lease on behalf of Principle Life Insurance Company. The life insurance company is renewing its 12,179 square-foot class-A office at One Ridgmar Centre located at 6500 West Fwy. JLL managing director Pat McDowell negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Navstar Commercial's Phil Sandlin represented the owner, FE One Ridgmar Centre LP.

MCKINNEY, TX—Moss & Associates leased 10,407 square feet within Craig Ranch at 6950 TPC Dr. It was represented by Dan Harris and Wills Bauer of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, TPC Greenside Partners, was represented by Kristi Waddell of Cawley Partners.

PLANO, TX—TranStar National Title has leased 6,317 square feet in Plano Corporate Center at 2301 W. Plano Pkwy. It was represented by Preston Knowlton of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Griffin Partners, was represented by Trey Smith, Rodney Helm and Johnny Johnson, also of Cushman & Wakefield.

SAN ANTONIO, TX —NAI Partners recently arranged a 9,800-square-foot lease for Bargain Depot at 2200-2206 NW Loop 410. NAI Partners San Antonio's Mitchell Lyons and Joshua Swank represented landlord, Kesef Properties LLC, during the negotiations.

STAFFORD, TX—NAI Partners' Retail team recently represented the landlord in a 21,824-square-foot lease for The Liberation Project, Inc. located at 501 FM 1092. NAI Partners' Chris Holder represented the landlord during the negotiations.

STAFFORD, TX—NAI Partners recently arranged a 43,869-square-foot industrial lease at 4000 Greenbriar Dr. NAI Partners' Darren O'Conor and Jake Wilkinson of the company's industrial group represented tenant RoadRunner Moving & Storage during the negotiations.
