DALLAS—MYCON Construction has promoted Justin Jeffus to senior vice president. Jeffus has served as vice president of retail services for the last four years and has been with MYCON for more than 13 years, according to Doug Talley, MYCON's president.

ARLINGTON, TX—Conduent has expanded by 9,886 square feet of office space at Arbors at Brookhollow, 2201 E. Lamar Blvd. Transwestern principal Kim Brooks represented the landlord, Yacht Harbor Capital Advisors, in the transaction. Kevin Morrison of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
ARLINGTON, TX—Biagi Warehousing Inc. has renewed its lease for 179,875 square feet of industrial space at 605 110th St. Transwestern principal John Brewer represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction. Matt Dornak of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
CHERRY CREEK, CO—CBRE facilitated the $8.25 million sale of a 88,000-square-foot Centennial industrial/flex property to Cherry Creek School District. The property was sold by Bow River Capital Partners of Denver, which initially purchased the site in September 2016, a relatively brief hold period. During that time, Bow River strategically repositioned the property including rezoning for subdivision and outside storage space—a rarity in southeast Denver. The building designates 38% of its square footage to office space. Daniel Close and Matt Kawulok with CBRE industrial and logistics services in Denver represented Bow River in the sale.
DALLAS—Pacific Union Financial LLC has expanded its office lease to 132,237 square feet at Browning Place I at 1601 LBJ Fwy. Transwestern principal Duane Henley represented the landlord, Transcontinental Realty Investors Inc. Steve Thelen and Conor McCarthy of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
DALLAS—Home Point Financial signed a new lease for 64,788 square feet of office space at Two Colinas Crossing, 11511 Luna Rd. Transwestern principals Duane Henley and Nathan Durham represented the landlord, Lexington Lion Farmers Branch LP. Michael Tucker of Scotland Wright Associates and Jerry Reis and Michael Tucker of Property Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
HASLET, TX—Hunter Crossroads LP sold 40,000 square feet at US 287 and Avondale Haslet Road to O'Reilly Auto Enterprises LLC. Transwestern managing director Steve Williamson and senior vice president Mason Bishop represented the seller in the transaction. Jordan Cluff of Woodcrest represented the buyer.
IRVING, TX—Regus has renewed its lease for 18,116 square feet at The Embassy, 1431 Greenway Dr. Transwestern principal Matt Hurlbut represented the landlord, Brookwood Financial Partners, in the transaction.
IRVING, TX—The Vertex Companies Inc. signed a new lease for 7,243 square feet of office space at 1600 Corporate Ct. Transwestern principal Robert Deptula represented the landlord, MAC Management Services LLC. Shay Byers of PM Realty Group represented the tenant.
McKINNEY, TX —Craig Ranch Cooper Sports Complex sold 4.017 acres of land, North Texas Athletic Center Addition, at 6051 Alma Rd. Transwestern principal Michael Griffin represented Olympic gold medalist Michael Johnson in the purchase.
PLANO, TX—Executive Workspace signed a new lease for 16,244 square feet of office space at Park Ventura Office Park, 5055 W. Park Blvd. Transwestern principal Matt Hurlbut represented the landlord in the transaction.
FORT WORTH—LANE Construction Corporation has renewed its lease at Mercantile Center One, 3001 Meacham Blvd. Transwestern principal Randy Garrett and Jo Thompson with LaTerra Commercial LLC represented the tenant in the transaction. Andrew Ward of Mercantile Partners LP represented the landlord.
HOUSTON—Woods Retail Plaza, a 27,750-square foot multi-tenant retail property located at 4658 FM 1960 West across from the 285,727 square foot North Oaks Power Center, has sold. The asset had a listing price of $2.45 million. Jerry Goldstein, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Built in 1975 the property is 87% occupied with 11 tenants and features a 6,000-square-foot FedEx Office end cap store. The sale of Woods Plaza closed despite being under contract during Hurricane Harvey. Fortunately it did not flood and all tenants opened for business afterward. Prosperity Bank provided financing.
HOUSTON—NAI Partners' landlord services division's office project leasing team of Zach Leger and Jacob Aldridge was recently hired to lease the 178,000-square-foot Vibe Hobby, located near Hobby Airport at 8866 and 8876 Gulf Freeway, on behalf of owner Hayman Properties. The two-building property is also home to Ventures, Houston's newest executive suite and co-working location.

SAN ANTONIO—JLL's Capital Markets experts announced the sale of Robinson Manor, a multifamily community, on behalf of 2205 Pat Booker LLC. A-Strategy Chloe Capital LLC purchased the 44-unit property. Senior vice president Moses Siller led the JLL team on the sale. LS Realty Advisors Inc.'s Rosalinda Hill represented the buyer.
