DALLAS—Crescent Real Estate LLC announced thereturn of Julie Young to Crescent as general manager of TheCrescent. Young returns to Crescent after working as associatedirector at CBRE since 2006. At CBRE, she directly managed the 1.2million-square-foot KBS Realty portfolio and supervised 10 CBREmanagers responsible for more than 8 million square feet of class-Aproperty in Dallas. In addition to serving on the BOMA Dallasboard, Young is a past president of Commercial Real Estate Women(CREW) Dallas and is a board trustee with the Dallas Women'sFoundation, as well as chairing several charitable events inDallas.
