Five New Tenants Leasing at Secaucus Flex Property

SECAUCUS, NJ—Five new tenants have signed leases totaling 105,000 square feet at 1 County Road in Secaucus, NJ, a state-of-the-art flex development owned by Bhasin Properties.
The CBRE team of William R. Waxman, Mindy Lissner, Kevin Dudley, and David Gheriani arranged the leases. CBRE serves as exclusive leasing agent for the property.

In just six months, the CBRE team negotiated the following new leases, all were fully preleased:
- DDMG, a wholesale men’s apparel company, leased 27,440 square feet. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
- GOAT, an online high-end sneaker marketplace founded by Eddie Lu, inked a 27,537-square-foot lease in direct negotiations with the CBRE team
- W Showroom, an online women’s fashion company, leased 18,390 square feet of space at the property.
- The Alvin Ailey Dance Theater leased 17,583 square feet of space, represented by Avison Young.
- KM Productions, an industry-leading event production services and equipment company, leased 14,305 square feet of space. The Blau & Berg Company represented KM Productions in the negotiations.
- Power Survey, a provider of electric field testing and asset management services, leased 18,358 square feet of space. William J. Cariste of Realty Consultant represented Power Survey.
Built in 2018, 1 County Road is a two-property, 242,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art complex located in the heart of Secaucus. The properties consiste of 15 class A units within walking distance of the Secaucus Transfer Station.
