Monmouth Real Estate Acquires Industrial in Braselton, GA

BRASELTON, GA—Freehold, NJ-based Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation has acquired a new 373,750 square foot industrial building located at 650 Braselton Parkway, Braselton, GA for $61.1 million. The property is net-leased for 15 years to FedEx Ground Packaging System. The building is situated on approximately 93 acres.
