Colliers’ Resinski Named New BOMA Philadelphia Chair

Resinski will lead BOMA as it prepares to serve as host city for the 2020 BOMA International conference, a four-day event attracting thousands of commercial real estate professionals nationwide to Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA—Stephen Resinski, regional managing director | Philadelphia for Colliers International has been named the new chairman of BOMA Philadelphia for the 2019-2020 term.

Resinski, who is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic focus and profitability of the property management services division in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware for Colliers, will lead BOMA as it prepares to serve as host city for the 2020 BOMA International Conference, a four-day event attracting thousands of commercial real estate professionals nationwide to Philadelphia.

The 2020 BOMA International Conference is scheduled to be held from June 27-30, 2020 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

“This year will be an exciting one, with many opportunities for BOMA Philadelphia professionals to be involved through planning and execution phases for the 2020 BOMA International or volunteer to showcase our world class city as it nears,” Resinski says. “I would like to thank each person of BOMA Philadelphia for their confidence and support. Resinski joined Colliers in 2011 and as regional director he provides expert knowledge in management and operations, including expense reduction, innovative resource procurement and forward-thinking property operations and staffing. He focuses staff to provide quality end-user services while continuously looking for value enhancement for owners. He also is responsible for developing and securing management accounts and maintaining existing accounts.

He spent 17 years at Grubb & Ellis, beginning as a building engineer and quickly progressing up the ranks to senior levels in property management and eventually served as VP and director of management services for Grubb & Ellis in Philadelphia where he was responsible for overseeing the management of more than 7 million square feet of commercial real estate and implementing practices and procedures that maximized the value of clients’ real estate assets. While at Grubb & Ellis, he received the Circle of Excellence Award and Grubb & Ellis Spirit Award, New Jersey District.
