Princeton Office Building Awarded LEED Certification
The Fairfield, NJ-based commercial and real estate development firm completely renovated the 71,300-square-foot building with a new façade with enhanced energy performance including state-of-the-art lighting, glass curtain wall and computer-controlled extremely efficient heating and cooling systems.
PRINCETON, NJ—The fully renovated 400 Alexander Park office building here has secured LEED certification, according to building owner Woodmont Properties.
The Fairfield, NJ-based commercial and real estate development firm completely renovated the 71,300-square-foot building with a new façade with enhanced energy performance including state-of-the-art lighting, glass curtain wall and computer-controlled extremely efficient heating and cooling systems.
As part of the complete renovations, Woodmont also redesigned the lobby and the building’s core including elevators and restrooms.

The building has select availability and is being marketed by JLL’s managing director Thomas Romano, SVP Tim Norris and associate TJ Romano. The third floor is built out, furnished and ready for move-in, Woodmont reports.
Woodmont Properties recently hosted a ribbon cutting for its new luxury rental apartment development Woodmont Parc at Roxbury.
The 230-unit development consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences that feature modern kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and nine-foot ceilings. In addition, each residence offers a spacious layout, oversized windows, expansive walk-in closets and a private balcony or patio.
