ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Colliers Seeley International's Anaheim office has announced the sales of three separate industrial buildings in Orange County. The facilities, which are located in Brea, Orange and Santa Fe Springs, total 31,915 sf.

BUENA PARK, CA-The 164-unit multifamily property, known as Bascom Villas, has been sold by a limited liability company. Although the county's multifamily vacancy rate still hovers at 3%, there have been some signs that the multifamily market may be starting to wane.

LOS ANGELES-The company, Lereta Corp., has inked a 10-year deal for 35,000 sf in the San Gabriel Valley Corporate Center. The deal has occurred as the LA County Environmental Services has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 77,000 sf in the complex.

LOS ANGELES-The project's ground-breaking will commence on Monday, Aug. 27. Known as MC&C Commerce Center, the 500,000-sf industrial facility will rise on a 20-acre site. Completion is slated for spring 2002.

HUNTINGON BEACH, CA-The agreement, which was signed by the City of Huntington Beach and AES Corp. will allow for the operation of two power-generating units that have sat idle since 1995.
