NEWBURGH, NY-DLC Management Corp. purchased the 250,000-sf Mid Valley Mall here that is anchored by Price Chopper for $27.8 million. In addition, the Tarrytown-based firm reports it recently closed on the acquisition of a major retail property in Torrington, CT.

WHITE PLAINS-At a special meeting of the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency it was revealed that the Synapse Group Inc. is studying relocating its operations from Stamford, CT to approximately 75,000 sf of space in Westchester. The company, a subsidiary of Time Inc., is also considering sites in Connecticut.
STAMFORD, CT-International law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP has expanded its operations at Reckson Associates Realty Corp.'s 1055 Washington Blvd. property here to more than 61,000 sf of space.
