RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ—Samsung SDS has expanded its office space in Ridgefield Park threefold, signing a five-year lease with KABR Group for 54,000 square feet of office space at 100 Challenger Road at Overpeck Corporate Centre. The electronics firm previously leased 17,000 square feet.
SPRING VALLEY, NY AND OAKLAND, NJ—Jones Lang LaSalle recently completed two industrial leases in North Jersey and Rockland County, NY, totaling more than 100,000 square feet.
TEANECK, NJ—Heritage Pointe of Teaneck, a 142-unit independent living facility in Teaneck, NJ, has been sold. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokered the sale and secured a $33.23 million floating-rate loan on behalf of the buyer.
KUTZTOWN, PA—Duke Realty Corp. has expanded its Pennsylvania industrial portfolio by acquiring West Hills Building B in the West Hills Business Center in Kutztown. Duke also owns the adjacent Building A.
MORRISTOWN, NJ—Morristown-based law firm Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP will stay in the West Tower of Headquarters Plaza in Morristown until at least 2025. The firm has been in Morristown for 40 years, and managing partner Glenn Clark says it's the only place he's worked in 35 years.

IRVINGTON, NJ—California garlic distributor Best Buyer 40th Street is breathing new life into 231 40th Street in Irvington, NJ, an industrial facility of approximately 38,500 square feet. The firm acquired the property as part of its expansion on the US East Coast in a $3.1 million transaction brokered by Bussel Realty Corp.

PHILADELPHIA, PA—Parkway Properties says it signed a 322,000 square foot 12-year renewal lease with Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company at Two Liberty Place in Philadelphia, PA. One and Two Liberty Place are the taller towers in the background at right of the image.
