LIVINGSTON, NJ–Gebroe-Hammer has turned a fast-moving pipeline of multifamily properties in Passaic and Bergen counties into more than $60 million in sales in the past 18 months. All of the transactions were handled by G-H's assistant vice president Debbie Pomerantz, who has closed $19.3 million of that total in the last quarter.

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA—Baltimore-based GLP Development Company has broken ground on 331 Innovation Boulevard, a $17.8 million, four-story office tower with 82,000 square feet of leasable office space. Building 331 will be the first LEED-certified building in Penn State's Innovation Park. The building is scheduled for completion in late August 2015.

NEWARK, NJ—Advance Realty has signed the New Jersey's largest newspaper company, the Star-Ledger, to a lease for 9,076 square feet of space at One Gateway Center, a downtown office tower owned by the commercial real estate firm.
