ATLANTA-The Georgia Regional Transportation Authority has approved one of the most ambitious commercial real estate ventures yet attempted in suburban Atlanta--a two-phased, 1,384-acre campus comprising an office park, retail centers, condominium lofts, townhomes and single-family residences by Norcross developer Falling Water Co.
