ORLANDO-Menlo Logistics of Redwood City, CA signs an estimated 10-year lease at the 203,125-sf Crownpointe Distribution Center, developed and owned by Minneapolis-based Opus South Corp. The lease has an estimated aggregate value of $3 million.
TAMPA, FL-Overall second-quarter vacancy sits at 19.3%; class A is at 20.3%. Overall net absorption was only 1,950 sf. Despite the weak performance numbers, investment sales activity remains strong, reports Colliers Arnold Real Estate Services Co.
