ORLANDO-Menlo Logistics of Redwood City, CA signs an estimated 10-year lease at the 203,125-sf Crownpointe Distribution Center, developed and owned by Minneapolis-based Opus South Corp. The lease has an estimated aggregate value of $3 million.
