ORLANDO-Developer Cameron Kuhn is getting cash, tax rebates and loans valued at $22.5 million for his planned $140-million, one-million-sf mixed-use Plaza venture on the three-acre Jaymont Block at Church Street and Orange Avenue. Euro-American Advisors Inc. is receiving incentives valued at $12.5 million for its $150-million 55 West-on-the Esplanade condominium development.
MARIETTA, GA-Cobb County's largest city, 10 miles northwest of Downtown Atlanta, has selected Madison Retail to redevelop the 65-year-old Johnny Walker Homes complex into a $63-million, mixed-use enterprise called the Esplanade of Marietta.

ORLANDO-In the largest industrial deal of its kind this year, Grosse Pointe Development Co. of Fort Myers, FL and Bouwfonds Property Finance of the Netherlands pay Dallas-based Oakridge Investments Inc. $17,291 per acre for the 2,400-acre white elephant property in southeast Orlando.
