ATLANTA-The space at the 701,000-sf Wildwood Plaza building will be occupied by GE's Energy Division which has an option to lease up to an additional 169,000 sf if other lease expirations or sublease space becomes available. The GE lease brings Wildwood Plaza to 100% occupancy.
