DENVER-The Orlando-based affiliate of CNL Financial Group Inc. has paid an average $17.33 million for three Brighton Gardens residences from Summit Cos. Inc. of Colorado. The acquisition gives CNL 53 properties with 6,823 units in 22 states.
ATLANTA-In its first formal reply to ex-chairman John A. Williams' ongoing fight to regain control of the company, the apartment REIT says that if Williams succeeds, the firm will have problems recruiting top management personnel in the future.
