ORLANDO-Metro Orlando's 111-million-sf warehouse-distribution-flex space inventory is at a 10.5% vacancy level, up 0.74% from last quarter and 1.8% in third quarter 2001, a new Q3 ColliersArnold study shows.

ATLANTA-One of the nation's largest wireless tower operators, based in Cary, NC, plans to restructure its holdings company but not SpectraSite Communications Inc. or any of that companies subsidiaries. SpectraSite Holdings is $2 billion in debt.

ORLANDO-Willow Creek Development LLC of Escanaba, MI has paid Flagler Development Co. of Jacksonville, FL $6.9 million or $5,172 per acre for the dirt in southeast Titusville, FL, near the Kennedy Space Center, 60 miles south of Downtown Orlando.
ATLANTA-The 343-acre West Highlands undertaking, five miles from Downtown, will be the largest redevelopment effort ever attempted by the Atlanta Housing Authority. The lead developer is Noel Khalil of locally based Columbia Residential.
ATLANTA-The Berkshire, England-based supply chain management firm's 10-year and five-year contracts at two locations in the 1.2-million-sf Southpark complex bring the M.D. Hodges Enterprises Inc.'s 14-year-old property to 90% occupancy.
