ATLANTA-Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. of Nashville, TN sold the 28-year-old, 147,000-sf, 58%-leased structure for $10.6 million. The property is located in the affluent Buckhead district.

ATLANTA-The Oak Brook, IL-based REIT paid an average $83.89 per sf for the 153,133-sf Golden Gate Shopping Center in Greensboro, NC; the 125,000-sf Gateway Plaza Shopping Center in Jacksonville, NC; and the 59,204-sf North Aiken Bi-Lo Center in Aiken, SC.

ATLANTA-One of the nation's largest wireless tower operators, based in Cary, NC, plans to restructure its holdings company but not SpectraSite Communications Inc. or any of that companies subsidiaries. SpectraSite Holdings is $2 billion in debt.

ORLANDO-Although Orange County Comptroller Martha O. Haynie is disappointed the 12-month total revenue didn't hit the projected figure of $112.6 million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, the $91.6 million total still beat the county's revised number of $90.6 million.

ORLANDO-The locally-based timeshare developer has signed an exclusive marketing alliance with three Atlantic City hotel casinos--Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza and Trump Marina. The deal marks Trump's entry into the estimated $50 billion timeshare industry.

ORLANDO-A subsidiary of Orlando Sentinel Communications Inc. sold the 1.9-acre parcel to Longwood, FL developer Jay Royall, who plans to erect a 276-unit multifamily project with 17,770 sf of ground-floor retail on the site.

ORLANDO-Willow Creek Development LLC of Escanaba, MI has paid Flagler Development Co. of Jacksonville, FL $6.9 million or $5,172 per acre for the dirt in southeast Titusville, FL, near the Kennedy Space Center, 60 miles south of Downtown Orlando.

ATLANTA-The 343-acre West Highlands undertaking, five miles from Downtown, will be the largest redevelopment effort ever attempted by the Atlanta Housing Authority. The lead developer is Noel Khalil of locally based Columbia Residential.
