ORLANDO-The Florida Elections Commission has filed 100 misdemeanor and third-felony charges against 12 statewide trade groups, including locally based Home Builders Association of Mid- Florida Inc. The total amount involved is $15,000.

MIAMI-Condominiums and loft homes at the planned 48-story, 326-unit waterfront community on a 2.57-acre pad in Miami's Brickell financial district will be priced from $400,000 to $5 million. Pre-construction sales total $120 million since November 2001, the joint venture developer says.
