ORLANDO-The Birmingham, AL-based lender funds the 18-year-old, 200-unit Meadowrun Apartments in north Florida with a $5.6 million loan at 7.4% interest and the 239-site Kissimmee Gardens with a $5.78 million loan through Fannie Mae at 6.26% interest.
ORLANDO-The Florida Elections Commission has filed 100 misdemeanor and third-felony charges against 12 statewide trade groups, including locally based Home Builders Association of Mid- Florida Inc. The total amount involved is $15,000.
