CHARLOTTE-Flex product (office and warehouse combination) is suffering the most at a 22.9% vacancy level, followed by warehouse/distribution, 7.5% and manufacturing, 4.8%, according to a new study of the area's 110.7 million-sf inventory by CB Richard Ellis Inc.

Sublease space totaling 657,034 sf has brought the overall vacancy mark in the 22.3 million-sf county market to 19.86%, according to a new study by RealData Information Systems Inc. of Coral Gables, FL.
LEBANON, TN-Bridgestone/Firestone North America will be moving to the new facility in February 2003 from its existing 375,000-sf location in Memphis, TN. The estimated value of the tenant's 10-year lease is $22.5 million. Ground-breaking is tentatively set for May 1.
ORLANDO-The $7 million in hotel room collections, while an improvement from last month, is 22% down from January 2001 and is largely due to discounted rates, Orange County comptroller Martha O. Haynie notes in her monthly report.
