CLERMONT, FL-Yizhak Toledano, a principal in Toledano Holdings, Hollywood, FL, expects to close on the five-acre, five-building property in June for $350,000 or $70,000 per acre. The former 176-unit Citrus Sun Club site is 25 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
