ORLANDO-Markeplace Advisors Inc. president David W. Marks estimates the high-end retailers will need to generate $400 to $500 per sf in sales at the 1.3 million-sf, 405-acre, $250 million Mall at Millenia scheduled to open in October in south Orlando.
