ATLANTA-The 28.4 acres on Bullsboro Blvd., the main commercial artery in suburban Newnan, GA, went for $3.12 million or $2.53 per sf. Emory Peachtree Regional Hospital plans a $54 milion, 62-bed hospital on the site.
ORLANDO-The 72-year-old renowned golfer is talking with Tampa broker John Reaves who has contracted to buy the 1,433-acre tract atop a 350-foot high peak near Clermont, FL in rural Lake County for an undisclosed sum. Clermont is 25 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
