ORLANDO-Entrepreneur Cameron Kuhn, a transplanted Chicagoan, is investing $4.47 million in an Orange County-owned office building everybody else has shunned. The 18-year-old Downtown building has air quality problems and has been vacant and shut down since summer 1997.
