SAN MARCOS, CA-Archstone Smith and its wholly owned Ameriton Properties Inc. acquire two parcels totaling approximately six acres near Cal State San Marcos for $4 million. The land will be developed as part of the 1,570-acre Heart of the City mixed-use project.
