MESA, AZ-Dover Associates lands its first tenant for Dover Industrial Park: Cornerstone Homes. The 20,530-sf build-to-suit breaks ground before year's end along with 29,965 sf in two spec structures. The first phase will cost $5 million to bring out of the ground.
