SAN FRANCISCO-Slough Estates has acquired two business parks in the Bay Area of South San Francisco and a 41 acre development site at Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad, CA for a total of $351 million. The deals form part of a strategy to strengthen the firm's US portfolio.
