HOUSTON—BALCOR Commercial has announced the addition of South Texas Sinus Institute to its Parc Binz mixed-use complex, located at 1801 Binz St. The board-certified otolaryngology practice will occupy 5,000 square feet of office space and is set to open for business in the fourth quarter of 2015.
