AUSTIN-- Southwest Medical Village, a recently constructed class A medical outpatient facility in the southwest submarket, has been sold. CBRE Capital Markets' Institutional Properties Group announced the sale; Denver-based EverWest Real Estate Partners LLC worked with the buyer to purchase the asset for an undisclosed price. Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, John Alvarado and Robert Hill, with CBRE's Dallas office, represented the seller, Harrod Healthcare Development.

IRVING, Tex.--Berkadia has announced the recent sales of two Texas multifamily properties. Partners Tom Burns and Jay Gunn of the Dallas office negotiated the sale of Burn Brae, located at 4200 W. Northgate Drive in Irving. Northgate Investors LLC of Avon, Conn., purchased the asset from The Chancellor LLC of Las Vegas.

HOUSTON--Cousins Properties Inc. has signed two large lease extensions in Houston totaling approximately 216,000 square feet. The tenants are Direct Energy and Cox Radio.
