The office was a part of the Paramount portfolio acquisition that the firm made in September.

The property spans 193,000 square feet.

Deliveries in total reached 3,001 units in the first quarter.

The roughly 4.9 million square foot portfolio spans across Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Dallas Forth-Worth and San Antonio.

Walker & Dunlop arranged both pieces of debt.

The two have paid more than $100 million for a site.

Still, projects are set to deliver over the next two quarters.
