GAITHERSBURG, MD-A $9.8-million transaction leaves First Potomac Realty Trust in possession of a three-building flex/warehouse complex accounting for a total of 82,000 sf. The 20-year old property is presently 95% occupied, with Dexall Biomedical Labs as the lead tenant.

WHITE MARSH, MD-Weis Markets opens its doors at Honeygo Village Center, the 158,000-sf retail center that is being billed as the gateway to Baltimore County's new Honeygo community. The superstore occupies a 54,000-sf space at the site under a long-term lease.
UPPER MARLBORO, MD-A 96,000-sf warehouse/distribution facility in the Collington Commerce Park sells for $6.1 million in a recent deal to a private investor. The build-to-suit structure, sold by Duke Realty Corp., is fully occupied by RIS Paper Inc.
BALTIMORE-Plans for a $50-million, mixed-use high rise on a vacant parcel in the city's Inner Harbor are nixed and replaced with a low-rise 90,000-sf retail development concept that is expected to cost somewhere between $10 and $15 million. But this new plan is actually an old one.
ROCKVILLE, MD-Making the effort to remain a strong player in the area's booming real estate market, Bresler & Reiner Inc. secures a $30 million credit line from Wachovia Bank NA for the purpose of acquiring property. The real estate investment company already has two parcels in mind.
HAMPTON, VA-The tenant roster at Pinewood Plaza continues to fill up as two more companies sign on for a total of 3,100 sf of space. Breen Title & Settlement Inc. and Olympic National Bancorp Inc. will move into the 75,500-sf office building.
ARLINGTON, VA-A change in ownership is under way at Century Center, courtesy of a deal reportedly valued at about $120 million. Lowe Enterprises Investment Management and Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group are now in possession of the 600,000-sf office and retail property.
